    Can I buy just one cabinet?

    Yes! Kitchenology is designed to be a full-service cabinetry dealer for orders of all sizes.

    Do I need a contractor to install cabinets?

    We recommend having a professional contractor or experienced installer for the best results. However, many of our customers opt for DIY installation. 

    How are the cabinets constructed? 

    Our cabinet boxes are built with solid 1/2in plywood and feature dovetailed drawer construction, 6-way adjustable soft-close hinges, and corner supports. Cabinet door construction varies based on style, color, and material.

    What kinds of cabinets do you sell?

    Can I pay with credit card?

    Yes, we accept all major credit providers. 

    Where can I view my order and payment information? 

    You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. You can also check on your order by going to My Account > Orders

    Orders and Returns

    How are orders fulfilled? 

    Once your order has shipped, your deliver provider will reach out to schedule a delivery window. Orders are delivered on pallets to the shipping address. All orders outside of MI, OH, and IN will be LTL and will incur an additional shipping fee.

    Do you offer local pickup? 

    Yes, local pickup is available to eliminate shipping costs. Please be advised that you will need to provide your own vehicle.

    How long does the delivery take and how much does it cost?

    Delivery unloading time will range depending on the size and number of the cabinets you order. Please inspect every cabinet before delivery is complete to ensure there are no damages.

    What is your return policy?

    We will accept returns of unopened, palletized cabinets. Once a cabinet is removed from a pallet and installed it is final sale.
